The Kennedy family is just a collection of murderers, rapists, bootleggers, thieves, tax cheats, drunks, and race pimps. They've done more than anyone else I know to harm this country.

There is no way to monitor every email addy, password, or screen name for each sex offender. I'm not a criminal but I have 3 email addy that I actively use. Any sex offender could turn in one without reporting multiple email accounts.
