Did you know about Charter’s new channel lineup?

Charter sends so much "stuff" to me that I rarely even open their mailings-usually the same thing, trying to get me to 'bundle'

I have to agree with Jerry, charter does send way to much junk mail. We get enough of that mail, we don't need anymore. What ever happen to advertisement, or at least notify the media about the change.

Yet again - Charter does not care about their customers - did anyone try to get the line-up on the Charter website? It's the old one!
Can you belive they did not even take the time or care to correct their own website prior to the change?
A public change is easy to do by communicating with the public - how? Print, advertisements, Social Media and yep, you guessed it television - how interesting that they have tried to "Bundle" everyone and yet, no phone call, no e-mail no tv ads! (if there was some type of media blitz and so many people are not aware...I guess you have to rethink how successful TV ads are in getting a message to the public!)

Charter public relations fails again!

HANK, i thought charter was for our area? WRONG The best station they have on basic channels is from CHICAGO !!!!!!!

Some of you need to chill. Everyone got a letter back in July telling you that there was going to be a channel lineup change on the 25th. Also if you check the messages on your cable box, there is something in there about it too. As for why we didn't receive the new channel lineup in the mail before the switch, here is the story behind that: The new channel lineup was supposed to be mailed out last week. They had all of the pamphlets printed out and ready to mail but then it was noticed that 2 channels had been inadvertently left off. Because of this typo they had to redo all the pamphlets thus the delay of getting them in the mail. Everyone should receive the new lineup in the mail soon.

For the people that think Charter is screwing them over, they actually ADDED 9 new HD channels to the lineup, for FREE. I am very happy about the new channel lineup as I can now watch such channels as Speed HD, Versus HD, and The Science Channel HD. As to why The Weather Channel was moved off of Basic cable and onto the Extended Basic I would have to guess it has something to do with a possible increase in fee that TWC is charging Charter.
