Yes, there should be punishment and penalty...
There are no rules to this, so no, nothing should be done. It has been done in the past, (Evid Dick as an example) and nothing was done to him. If they wanted a rule against it, they would have added it by now. Since there is no rule, then I voted no.
i dont think there should be any punishment. they didnt do anything to harm him and they didnt distroy anything. they maybe acting childish but they are not bringing any harm to others
