Ive seen plenty of healthy people use handicap parking spaces, but if they stop putting all those dern handicap parking spaces everytime u pull in a parking lot then we wouldnt have that problem.
I do not park in handicapped spots nor have I ever seen anyone else. BUT the number of handicapped spots at some stores is ridiculous---Hobby Lobby is the worst. There are 14 spaces which takes up every parking spot anywhere close to the door. Not a problem unless it is pouring rain and you have to park 1/4 mile away while there are 14 unused spaces closer. Is there any happy medium???
I've seen cars with h/cap stickers pulled up in h/cap parking spaces with no passenger except for a very normal healthy looking driver. How's that for abuse of privileges.
