Is Gov. Patrick's $1.4 billion plan for a SouthCoast rail project the one that finally comes to fruition?



Yes. The planning, desire and funding methods are sound and in place.

Maybe. The plan sounds good, but that's an awful lot of money to bank on.

No. This is the fifth governor in 20 years to make such a promise. Why should we believe differently now?
