We don't need more unenforceable laws. As it stands now these laws are just used for law enforcement in case of a traffic accident. Any obvious distraction while driving should be illegal and ticketed if an accident occures. Otherwise Butt Out..
Seriously. Talking to someone in the passenger seat or back seat. This would be clearly ridiculous and not worth tax dollars at all. People would be pulled over every two seconds and there would never be enough police officers to enforce this.
