Fair -- it's stealing no matter how you look at it, and the punishment should be severe. 11% (15 votes)

Unfair -- the recording industry needs to come up with a new business model, not unduly persecute music fans. 54% (76 votes)

Well, people who get caught file sharing should pay some cost, but $675,000 is ridiculous. 34% (48 votes)
