MY CONCERN IS THIS; WHERE WILL THESE CARS GO? ARE THESE THE CARS TO BE USED FOR THE WELFARE PROGRAM THAT GIVES PEOPLE CARS? IF SO. DOESNT IT DEFEAT THE PURPOSE OF TAKING THE GAS GUZZLERS OFF THE ROAD? BECAUSE I SERIOUSLY CAN NOT AFFORD TO SUPPORT ONE MORE PERSON, I CANT EVEN AFFORD MY OWN MEDICINE FOR DIABETES!
