take the most simple of the 2 please...look at world famous logos like nike and McDonalds, there is a reason why they are so famous (their simplicity according to me)
Try to scale down both and choose first logo.

Of course, the logo will be scaled down for the website.
Personnaly, I liked the movement in the second logo 2 given by the bars getting closer.
