comprehensive plan includes tort changes, caps on drugs & medicines costs, & insurance firms rate controls. Eliminate State controls over rates and Federal regulatory board to license insurance companies and agents to sell health insurance in all States.Congress should subsidize only the uninsured and leave alone the existing health system which 85% say yes to. And leave MEDICARE as is but provide more enforcement against waste, fraud & abuse that HH&S has failed to accomplish. Than You.

Thanks 2kliksout, at last someone who understands that the only plan the republicans have to offer is no plan at all.

The health care system in this country has been broken for over 40 years and
serves little those most in need. This is no accident it was set up as a pay to play
institution by Richard Nixon with the help of his good friends at Kaiser-Permanenti
and its underlying goal is to wring as much profit from those in need as the market will stand. All Republican Presidents since Nixon have played ball and
dutifully kept all opposition silent with horror stories of socialized medicine and
when President Clinton Proposed reform they ratcheted up the fear mongering to such a level that nothing was done.
Doing nothing will cost this country trillions of dollars over the next decade
and the mess will be that much worse. It is time to do something positive
about National HealthCare. This is a national problem like national defence
or education. It should be solved by a National Health Care System that
does not exclude any natural born citizen.
