I,m not a DiMasihis supporter nor due I approve of his past political stances or of his alleged actions that have lead to Federal extortion charges.

However one of the premises of the American Judicial System is "innocent until proven guilty." Therefore he should receive his pension until a verdict is rendered and if found guilty his pension should be terminated immediatly and retroactive with past payments returned to the pension fund.

I agree with Jim above, this is still America and although he has been charged, he has not been convicted. There is a difference and it's very important. He has to have his day in court. You wouldn't want to be charged with some crime and be thought of as guilty without your day in court. It could happen to you!
