Recently, the Billerica Mall had elevated carbon monoxide detected during construction. I did not detect it. The reason is that it is a colorless and odorless gas. To identify carbon monoxide, detectors are used. Coincidentally, I did not detect the mold issue there as well. The reason is that I do not live near it nor have I been there in over 20 years.
