This question should only be asked to Taxpayers. Welfare recipients or those receiving payments of any kind from the Government have a vested interest in the govt not spending money on things other than them. Their opinions should not be counted.

The last commenter suggested that only taxpayers should be allowed to answer the question. Why not restrict it further so that only college-educated taxpayers can answer? Or even further to professional scientists and aerospace engineers?

Simple, If only the college educated payed taxes then they can make the decisions where the tax money goes.

This is by far the biggest waste of taxpayer money costing in the billions in a time where we cannot afford this luxury
