You fail to explain what the gentleman was being charged for after having a funded prearrangement. Over and above the current obituary charges, I might suggest his overages might have been cemetery and not funeral home related. Fair reporting should be your primary objective in my opinion. If you can't supply the necessary information, the conclusion can't be accurate. Prearrangement has been designed to alleviate difficult decisions at a very difficult time. Ask any mother why she prearranged, and the chances are she will tell you "so that my children won't have to go through this!" That is exactly why I started my program back 10 years ago. You may call it Peace of Mind for You and Your Loved Ones!
Let's go back to the gentleman's situation. I can give you dozens of satisfied clients who have been very content with their prearrangements. Maybe over 2000 satisfied clients. Perhaps you need to speak with some of them! Regards, Tom Kania Boiling Springs, SC
