Should Fall River shut down mobile vendors?



Yes. They take away customers from established businesses.

No. They are just as entitled as anyone else to compete in the free market.

As long as they are licensed, insured, pay their taxes and are US Citizens why should the Government hinder capitalism? The less Government the happier the people.

They need to be permitted or licensed. They need to be in locations which do not take away from established business. They need to pay taxes like everyone else. That license is not a free ticket to deal in cash and be irresponsible to their communities.

Of course if they are licensed, insured, pay their taxes they can stay but they are not, and who in FR is going to drive around looking for these mobile vendors? Just get ride of them you poeple are buying food from them! Would you buy pills? How about car parts? But fish is ok?
