North Korea is all bark and very little bite. They are sticking their tongues out at us and hiding behind Mommy (China). Well, eventually Mom's going to get tired of little juniors antics, and slap him one. But, in the mean time, you still have to keep an eye on little Junior because until Mom's had enough of him, he may pull a fast one on you.
North Korea is a danger because they are willing to sell dangerous weapons (nuke, bio) to third parties (already Syria, Iran). They also could go through instability as Dear Leader fades, and could do something irrational.
North Korea is a danger because they can destroy South Korea quickly.
I had to agreed with meso that N Korea is a really dangerous state and China is behind all this.
