I think this is to be another smoke and mirrors tactic presented by the Elected City council and Mr. Langford. If we our going to begin letting convicted criminals walk the street then It would be a Great time for the Elected City council and Mr. Langford to step down from office and allow a new group to fix the current crisis. Why should we the Tax Payers allow this reckless leadership to continue?

Non-violent drug offenders should not be in jail to begin with. Non-violent con artists and the like should be kept in jail.
