Whatever these owners are doing, they are doing it RIGHT! In my last several visits over the 2008-2009 time frame the counter help have always been extremely pleasant and very eager to help.
The portions are very large for the money, at least when compared to any of the other ice cream vendors on the east side of Syracuse.
As long as this level of customer service remains, this Carvel location will have my family's business.
This has been the best Carvel franchise I've ever visited! The people are always very friendly and the servings are very generous! I took moving away from Gannon's pretty tough, but as soon as I found how nice this Carvel was, things got better!
