Depending on the topic, I prefer short videos, because I can watch them anytime, mainly as soon as I see the link. Another reason I prefer shorter videos, is for sharing, most people will watch them right away if they are short. If they are long they'll usually not make the time to watch them, and forget to watch later. For longer videos, I usually show them to a group when I have everyones attention.
