Is the climate change bill really a step in the right direction?



President Obama: The bill "indicates enormous progress from where we have been."

James Hansen: "To support such a bill is to abandon the real leadership that is called for at this pivotal moment in history. We simply no longer have the time for legislation this weak.

Minority Leader John Boehner: "Hey, people deserve to know what's in this pile of s--t."

Nothing the government does or has done is a step forward. They are so busy playing power games with each other, by the time they get around to doing anything, the problem has passed or is too advanced to solve.
