I say we should give him 12 years in prison if he would go back to work every day for the rest of his life. This way he could in some way repay some of his victims. But then again life in prison is a fair amount for stealing so much money away from working people. Ludwig Vasquez
You mean to tell me that he suckered all these investors and the government didn't know about it... Yeah right. Madoff deserves the electric chair.
He should be suspended naked in midair by his wrists while EACH AND EVERY PERSON he swindled should be given a stick and allowed to hit him like a piñata until all his victims have gotten in at least one good shot!
