As a newcomer to Huntsville- NOTHING I have joined has been as much fun, or offered me more leaning opportunities, than the Huntsville Botanical Garden. I lived in Nashville for 25+ years and nothing I belonged to there compares to the great membership my family now enjoys at the Garden. Thank you Huntsville for caring so much to make sure HSV has something this special. It's a TRUE GEM!!

Where else can you find such peace within the City? The Garden provides an environment that lends itself to a spiritual quality that has no match! Try it. It is mesmorizing!

The Botanical Garden is nice, but if you are the parent of very young children, like I am , Sci-quest is the best choice. Visiting the Botanical Garden in the summer is torture. The sun is scorching and it makes your visit unbearable. My little ones love to play in the kids area, but there is not a shaded area for parents to sit , so although you want your kids to have a good time, you are just miserable sitting in the hot sun.
The advantage to sci-quest is that it is indoors and you can visit anytime and have a good time. There is a toddler area and my kids love it and I love it. Regardless of the weather outside, we can have a good time.

the Botanical Gardens are AWESOME! always something new going on, beautiful during the entire year while ever changing. the best part, besides the beauty it is very educational. we LOVE it!

The Botanical Garden is truly wonderful...and wonder-filled!!...from newly hatched butterflies to 100+ year old bonsai. There is something fascinating to see at all times of the year. Although the Garden gets my vote, I must say how fortunate we are to have the Space & Rocket Center here. We entertain out-of-town guests often and both of these places are high on our activity agenda. We maintain family memberships at each, even tho' we live 25 miles away. North Alabama is truly blessed with an abundance of wonderful attractions, both man-made and God-made! Blessed are those who take time to enjoy them...and share them!

One of the nice things about the Botanical Garden is that it is constantly changing throughout the year. You will see something different every time you visit, from Galaxy of Lights before Christmas to the fabulous butterfly house during the summer, flowers that change with the season and the traveling exhibits (dinosaurs, giant insects). Don't forget about outdoor concerts, weddings, parties, camps for children - the list goes on and on! Nothing else compares.

By far the garden is the most affordable of the activities listed for Northeast Alabama. There is always something 'growing on'. There are lots of special activities that appeal to all ages and interests. We love the waterworks in summer and the lights at Christmas. Don't forget the 'dog days' of winter when pets are welcome!

There is NOTHING in Huntsville more beautiful than the BOTANICAL GARDENS. We have a home in Fayetteville TN and every time we come for a visit we absolutely must see what's going on in the garden. It's the most wonderful place to walk and take in all the sights, sounds, and colors that the botanical garden offers!! It's truly a gem!!!

The Space and Rocket Center is by far the best attraction in North Alabama - Family friendly and something for everyone. A must see for everyone who visits or lives in The Rocket City..... I have been here 8 years and have been there 4 times. Everytime someone comes from out of town - that is the first place I take them. A true representation of Huntsville, Al and Redstone Arsenal.
