SHELBY BASSETT should most def win because she allways does her best i mean seriously she was nomined for this that alone tells you something..i mean seriously in baseball you just pitch over hand and you like can only picth a few games...when in softball you have to do a windmill pitch and its alot harder than you think, in softball you pitch as many games as you wish and SHELBY has pitch EVERY GAME except like 3 and thats alot sooo yea you got to give her some credit AND FOR GOD SAKES VOTE FOR SHELBY BASSETT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Love ya MALLORY :P

Shelby Basset should deffinately recieve the honor of being player of the week. I played with Shelby my freshman year in high schoool and I can honestly say that she has done nothing but improve over the past three years. She deserves this award for all of the hard work and dedication that she has put into this sport and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!! Good Luck Shelby

Shelby Bassett should get player of the week, how many young people put so much effort and dedication into their sport. Shelby goes to Bangor every Sunday to improve her pitching skills. She is a team player and a good person. She has worked hard, and she deserves the honor and recognition of being player of the week.

The player of the week without a doubt goes to Shelby Bassett. Shelby has showed exceptional talent consistantly throughout the season. She also has an abundant amount of strikeouts, which are much more rare in Softball. She, without a doubt, carries that team, and led them to a state championship. I'm sure she will only grow stronger by her senior year. Congratulations Shelby.
