Baby Boomers had big dreams and relentless pursuit. Gen Y has high expectations, and a stronger commitment to a less stressful lifestyle. Constant electronic connectivity and overdosing communication may prove to be less productive in the long run. Jury is out on Gen Y and "End Result" orientation. Confusing activity with results will put us at a global disadvantage going forward.
I beg to differ, with Michael while Constant communication helped Gen Y in collaborating effectively, made Gen Y more productive by narrowing the gap between work and life. may be frequent breaks OR multiple tabs in Browser appear counter productive in short term, they are the multi taskers, and Go Getters ... who are going to stand exemplary to other generations.
