In your experience, who do Gen Y workers resemble most in their workplace attitudes and behaviors?

Baby Boomers had big dreams and relentless pursuit. Gen Y has high expectations, and a stronger commitment to a less stressful lifestyle. Constant electronic connectivity and overdosing communication may prove to be less productive in the long run. Jury is out on Gen Y and "End Result" orientation. Confusing activity with results will put us at a global disadvantage going forward.
