  That dress was made for a young woman. And Paris has a banging body and the confidence of a girl turned woman (self-esteem 100%). So it wears better on her. I don't care that the girl is famous; Demi should be wearing something a TAD more playful or simple! However, the girls look equally good so much that I had to think for a few seconds before definitely deciding Paris.
