Trim off all but the last 10-15 years of experience on your resume
Dye your hair, excerise regularly, and dress more fashion-forward to pass as "younger" in the interview process
Seek out companies that have demonstrated a proven track record of hiring (and valuing the experience of) older workers
Try all of the above steps -- and any others that might help camoflouge the age issue, at least initially
Just be yourself, don't apologize for your age, and assume the right employer will recognize your value and hire you
