Yes. I feel they are an intrusion. More and more, big brother finds a way to infiltrate our lives under the guise of; law enforcement, protecting us from ourselves, and the general public good. What people fail to think about is that as this practice gradually becomes more acceptable, there will be more and more cameras watching. Couple this with new software such as facial recognition and others, it becomes quite easy to track individuals for a variety of reasons. Take OnStar systems, and GPS software in our cell phones. Many of us are already providing more info to databases than we realize. Imagine if this info were centralized in a data base, and coupled with video data from our streets. Would you trust our government to do the right thing with it? Skeptical? It's already being done in China by companies based right here in the USA.
