It's really not fair when popularity comes into play. I mean, there's really no way around it. Except for choosing the winners themselves. But it's not fair either to say that someone else made more effort than one other.. based on what you think.

Hi eki, seriously, i think it wont be fair to other contestant who is more stand out . because based on what i see here...people would just ask their " relative and friends" to vote them..i would think if you the one make final judgement and winner .
Please take the advise, where is fair enuf to others who make lots more effort than the rest..regardless..thank you
