The Senate Thursday passed historic legislation to let the FDA regulate the content, marketing and advertising of cigarettes. What's your take on it?

It goes too far. The FDA needs to stick to food and drugs. And, Philip Morris gains an unfair advantage with it.

It's just right. Finally, tobacco products can be 100% monitored by the government.

It doesn't go far enough. It's time to straight-up outlaw products, especially tobacco products, that are harmful to Americans' health.
