Where do you fall on the neon nail polish debate?
I love it. It reeks of summer and goes well with a good tan. Thumbs up!
The last time I tried out neon colors was middle school—and for good reason. Thumbs down.
I'm a fence-sitter. I wouldn't wear neon polish, but I sometimes like it on other people.
