In these economic times, do people really think it is in the best interest of the city/school system(who underwrite the expense of the library) to spend money in a legal battle over TREES! As for the broken promises, well that's just politics. We all know that by now. If you think this lawsuit is worthwhile, then just spend some time in some of our schools or with some of the students to see what is lacking in their resources. You will change your mind. Budgets are tight for everyone. Let's focus our attention and money on providing for our educational resources rather than fighting over TREES and PROMISES.
