Just curious, are the "no" votes from one political side or the other? Was thinking maybe those against Obama were saying no to Sotomayor just to be obstructionists. If that were the case, I am sure you are aware that Bush Sr. appointed her to begin with. Hopefully, I have misunderstood the opposition, and those saying no to Sotomayor are doing so because they have studied the facts, done the research, and come to a conclusion based on their research. Considering the facts is the best way to draw a conclusion, don't you think? Someone stated recently that Obama was ruining the country. I guess that is possible, but didn't the guy before him give us a RUNNING head start? Seems like the facts bear that out. Am I wrong here? I would love to choose a party to support, but, "gosh darnit" seems like both sides are after the middle class- ie, most of the folks reading this post........
