At best it amounted to a total rejection of the budget. But had town counsel and moderator explained that then I suspect the vote would have been different. Will this result in a need for a special TM? Wouldn;t that be a hoot if the antics of Karen D result in even more expense to the town.
Towm counsel, the moderator and the town manager ALL took great lengths to indicatedthat that was the consequence of the vote before it was taken. The meeting representative heard that before they voted and overwhelmingly voted to approve Karen Dedonato's amendment. Cost the town? Are you forgetting that suit happy Nashoba Tech just instituted a suit even though Cjelmsford is still obligated to give them them the extra money? what are you talking about. they get the money and are still suing us! You are not making sense. they sued us!
