I wonder who the 46 voters are who want to maintain the status quo? My guess is they connected with the schools, how many are actually from Littleton? How objective is this poll?
The question no one has asked is what will this cost? I am sure the unions will not work for nothing and will need to be paid for the additional two or three months. Now you will need custodians and food suppliers along with the food. Add in the cost of utilities and we will need some type of activities for the kids all year round. Considering the Town's already strained budget what is the cost associated with this proposal before we ask the question do we want an extended school year?
