N.C. does not need any more Califoria/Washington thinking here. Politicans need to stay out of our houses, private busness' and our pockets. Look at the mess politicans have gotten us into. Does anyone really beleive that the politicans in Raleigh are any smarter than you are? Do not listen to these wind bags any longer. Vote them out at the next possible oppounity.
I don't know about other peoples banks but mine charges a surcharge when you go inside more than twice and I am not paying b/c these idiots want to ban atms
