I don't object...but find it amusing that ABC thinks Hometown Radio has Spanish speaking listeners...well Spanish ONLY speaking listeners!
Actually I figured you were getting in your quota of 'equal opportunity listening' or maybe it was a final exam for the students in the Spanish language classes...
Last I checked, we live in America not Mexico. If I want to listen to Spanish, I'll tune into a Spanish station. Our language is English!!!!!! And no! I don't want to press one for English either!!!!!!!!
And we wonder why we are in the mess we are in. It is just one of the many reasons we have lost our sweet America.
Our beloved kngt 94.3 became a Spanish station. We have to fight to receive Hometown radio because we are a bit distant from Jackson...but it is worth the trouble. We are grateful to have local news, weather and Hometown spirit. In order to truely understand the commentary it must be in ENGLISH..Do I need to apologize for not being bilingual...Did change come this quickly for our parents and grandparents ?
