I vote on American Idol based on... (pick all that apply)

So... only 37% vote for the actual vocals... and of that 37%, 12% are foolish enough to think that RECORDED SONGS have anything at all to do with the competition itself. It's a LIVE show, people.. LIVE performances are all that matter... DUH. Then we have 50 racists, that vote for the COLOR of the singer only. Gee.. I wonder what color they themselves are? We have 80 religious nuts that think the deity you pray to has anything at all to do with personal vocal talent. 1,339 people that somehow think that personality equals vocal talent. We've got 223 blindly loyal Simon 'yes-men'. 19 people that can't wipe their own backsides without consulting Paula first... 28 people that have fallen for idiocy from a rodent named Kara.... 14 people that only trust Randy to tell them when to wipe... 134 Rickey 'suck-ups' (and Rickey has shown some pretty blatant favoritism)... 36 people who would rather wait until their favorite gets dumped and see what THEY have to say about it... 117 dipsticks that think gender has something to do with vocal talent... 57 people that think if you're a day over 26, you can't sing... 561 people that think you must be 'cute' to be able to sing... 638 SHEEP, that think sexual attraction is the only thing that will permit you to be a good singer... and 180 people that think whatever you did in high school or during your last job is the only thing that could possibly make you a great vocalist. Well, that explains one hell of a lot of the votes, now doesn't it? People REALLY ARE THAT STUPID AND SHALLOW. Sad and embarrassing, is what it is.
