No, we have to stop doing things that consume excessive resources and energy just for our entertainment

Maybe environmentalists should stop being such puritans and have some fun. Most things are fine in moderation.

They are a step in the right direction for sure, but incremental improvements aren't enough on their own. People shouldn't be outlawed from playing golf (that's a very slippery slope), but they should be aware of the consequences and do their best to try and counter them.
