Bad idea !
The first paragraph in the article says it all ! The cameras will not change the way a person drives. The drivers who speed will still speed. They will become
much more of a hazard as they slam on therir brakes to avoid that 50 dollar fine. I think it's a stupid idea that will result in much carnage over the long haul, with the generating of revenue being the real objective!
Has anyone heard of Big Brother? There are already all sorts of cameras on city corners and traffic lights across the U.S. We must be careful as Americans not to give up our right to privacy in order catch minor violations of the law.
