Is sleep an important factor in your running?



Yes, I make a point of getting plenty of sleep in order to run my best.

I try to maintain regular sleep patterns, but I'm not always consistent.

I don't think of sleep in terms of how it effects my running.

I'm a night owl. Sleep be damned, even if my running might improve with more of it.
