The NC Legislators should enact a law stating that murdering a pregnant woman, a person will be charged for the life of the unborn child as well as the mother.
It's my belief that no matter how old the unborn is, 2 weeks or 9 months, it would still be murder of 2 individuals. From the moment of conception, there is life. Therefore, if the mother is murdered, the child is murdered as well.
