Whats another schoolbus cost, a small one? Hire another part-time school bus driver, whats that cost? Compare costs w/ WAMATA and ARL. If it's cheaper, paint it green. Call it Georgette. Use existing routes during existing rush hour timeframes. Use the bus for school functions off-hours when not taking folks to/from the Metro stops. Just a thought..
