This "fetal homocide" bill is a transparent attempt by the fringe-right to eat away at Choice, by creating a legal precedent for the fetus as a full, viable, independent human being. They use the scare tactic (surprise!) of "motherhood under threat" to dupe people back into this old political debate that's been settled for almost 40 years now. Funny, with the situation this country is in, the only thing they can think to do to to re-claim any political momentum is creating moronic fear tactics to attack gays and women's rights to control their own bodies. Pathetic. This is why they are politically in the shape they are.
I must have misunderstood the last comment. Our grandaughter was 8 1/2 months pregnant and looking forward to the birth of her son as was her husband and their 2 little boys. She was stabbed to death after being taken from her car. Ethan, her "unborn child" was 6 1/2 pounds when he was killed also. He would have lived and Jenna gave up her life trying to save her "unborn son". He may not have been real to you, the last comment, but he was real to all of us, her and his family. What does this have to do with gay rights or womens rights to control their own bodies? Jenna and Tim, her husband lost the rights to control their own bodies when she and her son were murdered. Please let me know if I misunderstood your comment.
I agree with you Diane, your daughter and grandson where real people. This "Fetal Homicide Law" is a GREAT idea, it should have been implemented long before now.
When they catch the dirtbag that cut their lives way to short gets caught, I feel he should be charged with both of their murders. I also believe he should get the maximum jail time and NEVER be allowed to see freedom again.
My heart goes out to you and your entire family, keep praying I am sure the police will catch this guy.
Regards
Tracey
