I think Joe Biden does not think when he speaks nor does he care about working americans - To suggest that people should not travel on public transportation ignores the average americans daily routine. We do not all have a limo to take us to work.

Like anchor John, I am torn between the two responses of 'outrageous' and 'understandable'. John Biden's statement shows that he is cognizant of how serious this "Swine Flu" is, which is 'understandable' when you hear that people are dying by the numbers in Mexico. On the other hand, the statement is somewhat 'outrageous' considering that people can't just refrain from catching public transportation (i.e. the train), since for most, it is there only means of being mobile. John Biden may want to make a more reasonable response such as --the Port Authority making efforts to sanitize the trains, buses, etc., in addition to the public making personal choices to do so themselves. Thank You.

Understandable, because he is still learning to think before he speaks. His wife also needs to taught the same.
