Who is the most improved player of the season?

WITOUT A DOUBT IT'S XABI ALONSO....

CAN'T BELIEVE HOW HE'S TURNED IT AROUND THIS SEASON....
RAFA WAS CRAZY TO CONSIDER SELLING HIM LAST SUMMER, BUT MAYBE RAFA DID SO TO GIVE HIM KICK UP THE ASS, AND IT WORKED....

How can it be Xabi. He was already a quality player. Just because Rafa tried to seel him doesn't mean he had bad seasons before. He's always been consistent.

Alex Song on the other hand is a case in point. Cast your mind back to Fulham vs Arsenal last season. The vitriol he recieved from some of his own was so excessive that it made would make both Bendtner and Eboue look like prominent fan favourites. However this season he's stepped up and looks a better player. (Re: key assists in FA Cup match against Burnley at The Emirates). He stil has a way to go before being mentioned with His predecessors at Arsenal but has made great strides forward this season.

Typical, what a bias on the big four. Everyone choosing the people the media say are amazing. Alonso? Almunia? Hardly improvements.

It's hilarious how the top 5 results include 5 players who have barely improved and all play for the big 4 (except for Steven Ireland who was my candidate), the media is a joke. Football ain't what it used to be, fans are fickle nowadays. Glad to say I'm one of the true football fans with sense.
