It would be nice if the search engine also allowed us to choose criteria to narrow our search (besides the pre-existing area and gender choices); I, personally, am a great animal lover, and simply prefer not to fund loans that involve raising animals for slaughter. (A personal choice; I don't expect others to feel the same). I'm sure other people have things that they choose not to fund as well. It would simplify the search if we did not have to weed these out ourselves.

I agree with Jan.
Ian's Excel spreadsheets (espeically the "Summary" tracking a lender's loan portfolio, cashflow etc., but also "Common Lenders" identifying other lenders you share loans with) are the most helpful tools developed so far (to my knowledge).
Btw, they can be downloaded here:

I would love to vote for Ian's Excel Spreadsheet - it's the best :)

P.S. to my previous comment: It appears my vote HAS been counted, at least it says it has been if I try to vote again, so it must have added it to one of the other apps.

I don't think the poll is working. I selected "other", but the results show that my vote wasn't counted.
