How would you rate President Obama's first 100 days in office?

Obama has got it a lot easier than most people think. After Bush's eight year Reign of Errors a poorly trained snail could be a good President.

Talk about a difficult task -- wars on two fronts and an economic grease fire that was not of his creation. It's unfair to judge President Obama (or any of his predecessors) based on the first 100 days of office. If that was a proper benchmark or predictor of success, then historians would be celebrating the presidencies of W. and Jimmy Carter rather than sifting through the rubble of their work and wondering how both men wound up so far in the weeds. Here's hoping our current president can be judged a success after 1,000 days.

No President should ever be judged on their first 100 days in office. Only 2nd term Presidents would have a pretty good handle on the Presidency and are more capable of being "judged". Get a grip folks, regardless of who wins a first time election, they are all having to learn as they go, just as they would with any new job. What does the first 100 days prove in comparison to 1,460 days of a complete first term, or 2,920 days of a total of 2 terms?

Most Alabamians don't realize what they are in for. We Alabamians are in for pain we can't imagine right now. This depression is only just getting started, and Alabamians are criticizing Obama's attempt to stop a tidal wave of unemployment even he and his advisors did not imagine when they crafted the huge stimulus package. Not too long from now this, 'recession proof,' county will see East Alabama Medical Center and Auburn University begin to eliminate jobs. Maybe the pain that comes with losing houses, cars, and investments will give rise to the brotherly love that our state is in desperate need of.

Oh this is very mature, putting this on a childish level of name calling because those people don't agree with your point of view. Even if you think they are wrong like you they are entitled to their opinion. After all isn't this one of the many freedom's in this country is freedom of speech? That's what makes this country so great is being able to express your own opinion's even if you don't agree with it? Perhaps those 50 percent thinks the same about you.
