How much do you talk while running?



Not at all. Mum's the word!

I gasp one-syllable responses, but only if someone talks to me first.

I occasionally contribute to short conversations in words of one-syllable.

I sometimes participate in small talk.

I often converse in depth with my friends.

I lettered in speech and cross-country in high school - simultaneously!
