As for the iphone, i wish they would make it just a tad smaller- I have the bb pearl because I hate carrying big phones, plus I work with animals a lot and need to have it in my pocket, which the iphone wouldn't really fit into... It would be soo nice to have a phone that syncs with my mac though, thats for sure.

I'm a blackberry user so I can't tell you my favorite apple iphone app- although I would get an iphone in a second if a) they made them a tad smaller and b) they were available on different networks other than AT&T although I've heard rumor that that might happen soon... besides my bb, I'm all for Apple products- newly switched from a PC to a mac about a year ago and I LOVE it and won't ever go back!! lol. Look here all you non technical folk iphone advertising is in a stream. the stream is inbeded and the adds can be changed they dont have to be imbedded in the App before its downloaded. Out streams change adds every 30 seconds to a different advertisement. In 9 months apple got 1 billion downloads which means there is more then a billion now http://www.apple.com/itunes/billion-app-countdown/ Now since Sambir hasn't disclosed why sam was DQd , not even to her id have to guess hes looking at page views again, the iphone cant handle your complex page and im guessing that if your not looking at actual server logs to see your stats and your depending on some GUI interface from some other website and id venture to say they cant track iphone hits. Haven't "tooled" with ANYONES votes Kevin, unlike you. The contest was supposed to be over at 9pm my time. Sambir will notice my voting source has not reappeared on his system since I was removed from the poll. You entered into no contract with lovesac regarding you're said advertising and they are under no moral, legal or ethical obligation to pay you anything. Wow id like some of my lost income back. Samantha's ad was listed inside hundreds of iphone apps in advertising streams which in case you hadn't been watching there have been more then 1 billion application downloads. Screw this!!

I'm sorry, I'm really busy with other projects in lovesac so its hard to keep track of everything. Anyway, I just noticed that Samantha is cheating again , so she is disqualified from the contest.
WOW your dense "ADVERTISING!!!" Im verily sure shes exhausted her friends and family at this point, her votes are directly due to the free advertising space that ive provided her in this contest. iI will say this im peeved that the past weeks of advertising which would normally equal $$$ to me all got waisted due to a last minute rule change and Sambirs lac of understanding. Your dam right her votes stopped the first thing she did was call me and ask me to pull the ads as she was done with this contest, and because she knew she was costing me by using my ad space for free. She was quite pissed as was I because of my lost revenue. Later in the day she saw Sambirs post encouraging her to continue and decided to do just that "whatever comes in between.". I was sure she could still win looking at the numbers we had been generating, and so that evening we resisted her ad's en-mass. Samantha has disclosed her methods to Sambir and no complaint was received in regards to her methods. You don't have to believe me its all up to Sambir anyways since he make up rules at a whim.

When Kevin offered to pay people for voting it was found out in less than a day, when I started my sub-contest it was found out within hours - how can your 'friends and family from all over the world, incredibly targeted utilizing solely image yet old fashioned non-advertising, advertising method' that can produce record number of votes be untraceable?
But what puts a red flag up for me was when they reset you, you remained at zero (or 1) for a number of hours. Your votes started to increase at a rapid rate after 5:00pm PST (I know you live in Socal) which can't be a mere coincident. If you had any campaign, through friends and family, using old fashioned techniques, or highly sophisticated image based methods the votes would not have lay dormant for such an extended period of time, nor would they have rapidly increased at a time that coincided with you finishing work.
Did you know that you can't realy search for these advertisements on the web because they are images not text and they are not indexed by google. This campain is much more targeted then random websites...
Actualy i'm her friend and unfortunatly Sambir did overlook this! All her advertising was linked to polldaddy page before. Now it points to lovesacs contest page so I don't think she will have any more issues. It was very unfair that she was reset as her votes where all legit, the page views came through this poll daddy/ comment thread page. I feel that lovesac needs to write a terms and conditions if there going to continue doing these contests.

Kevin - if you search his name and this contest you will find he put quite a lot of effort in. He has a youtube video, he has posted on a number of boards and he has never denied cheating in the last round - both Kevin and Samantha were at similar number of votes, had rapid increases when needed so can you extrapolate tactics?
Me - I am sure you can easily find my name and this contest everywhere. If you look at me I have posted well over 100 messages on worldwide OAC, was on Denver's leading morning radio show, used Yahoo Groups, Reddit, Facebook, Linkedin, was sent out to numerous lists like JensList) - I also sent it to friends and family..........
I know as many of you how hard it is to garner votes - I just do not believe the ridiculous numbers that have been posted.
But back to the topic Sambir has proven he will act against cheaters and we should have no reason to think he would not do it again.

Sambir post said that not enough people VIEWED the http://www.lovesac.com/room_planner_contest.asp website, but what if her votes where coming in on the http://answers.polldaddy.com/poll/1563466/ webpage? They wouldn't have counted as page views on lovesacs page but that doesn't make them illegitimate as you can place your vote either place!!! Just because lovesacs webpage didnt get page views, (a last minute rule change from Sambir DAM CRAZY CONTEST) doesn't necessarily make either contestant a cheater, Either way Sambir makes the final decision. I guess Sambir should have been clearer in the beginning and they should draft up some official contest rules to prevent confusion cause the rules changed a few times.
and if this websight doesnt completly disqualify samantha everyone who put all the effort into getting legit votes needs to put the same effort into telling those same people that this websight sucks!!! she shouldnt get a first second or third place prize. The total page view of this room planner contest in one week was around 2960 with 1668 unique visitors but the total votes received was more than 12000. So if the vote was done without cheating than the maximum no. of vote should not exceed 1668 in that week. According to the rules, "one unique visitors can vote only once". I hope this explains. Samantha's Vote and Kevin's Vote is reset to zero. But both of you can still be on the contest because of your active participation. Even if you can't be in the first position, I'm planning to send small surprises to 2nd & 3rd position. All the best.

Reset to zero - I think for the integrity of the contest they should be disqualified. They tried to cheat to get ahead, and if for some reason they are able to win after being reset there will be a huge question mark over the legitimacy of the contest. f course they should be able to compete again in future contests but they ruined their chances this time.

Look up what javascript is used for Mr. - It doesn't apply in this case as all since its 1 vote per pc. Fortunately Sambir isn't as retarded as you and doesnt think Samantha's votes are legitimate for a reason. From the start shes always taken the lead effortlessly.....The tone she uses in her writing to make her seem "calm and collective" is the mark of some1 with something to hide. Wow, so Sambir is really going to reset my votes to Zero? I didn't do anything wrong!!! Why am I going to be punished for having to double my efforts with my advertising and marketing just to try and keep up with a cheater who should have been disqualified weeks ago!?!?! This is just utter nonsense, now I truly understand how Iain got so many votes so quickly... allow me to educate the public, from my point of view. First Kevin gets caught manipulating the site to get mass votes, his votes get Zeroed out. Then he learns a new method and starts to gain votes at a slower, but still steady rate however, his new method had not been perfected (or this is what I'm going to assume since I don't know the exact truth but this makes most logical sense). Then he figures it out but decides to use Iain as his guinea pig to make sure he, Kevin, would not be disqualified for gaining such a suspicious amount of votes in a short time frame. Unfortunately, Sambir doesn't consider it suspicious and lets things lie. Next thing we know, just a couple days later, Kevin passes Iain at an alarming rate. He continues to climb and finally reaches a top speed of about 400 votes an hour. Can anyone honestly tell me why we should believe a word out of Kevin's mouth at this point? Why is my word the only one being questioned here? Why is Kevin's word any better on the WWW than mine? THEN to put some icing on my cake, I was framed by "someone". They tried to say I had put up a website that would automatically vote for me like a voting machine. Obviously since I would not create such a site because IT WOULD GET ME DISQUALIFIED, I had it shut down and had all evidence forwarded to Sambir (seems like I am having to repeat myself over and over here). Now to address today's most recent post about me framing Kevin... now that's hilarious. Sounds like a desperate attempt to cover his own booty. I now see that Samantha's votes have stopped increasing at the overly alarming rate and is now going up rather slowly (still consistently) - While my votes on every refresh is increasing by leaps. That's proof enough for me that shes not only manipulating her votes but now mine. cause honesty ive stopped trying to get votes 4 myself as i knew something like this would happen please do keep in mind that ive gotten about 2000 votes for sam in the past week and if she doesn't win then all my effort was waisted. Matt heres a scenario. Some FaceBook users have 1300+ friends (not to include there myspace and other contacts). If some1 were to mass invite those friends to vote and were to get there close friends to do the same with there friends and so on and so on. Wouldn't that garner thousands of votes?
That is one method and combined with others would make it easy to compete. Before the end of this contest I will unveil another method for legitimate votes...not that automatic "set it and forget it" thing Samantha using.
Well, i still think thousands of votes are extreme....ly annoying! Even if it's not a machine....erratic or no (and I would have preferred Kev disqualified BUT HE WASN'T). Throughout this entire contest I have seen whenever you lost the lead or came close to losing it you suddenly got pushed to the front line. When Iain got a great lead you jumped even further and have since been getting non-stop votes. I'm certain you have complete control over your votes and Sambir not being able to track your votes means nothing since polldaddy doesn't have the ability to track votes that way. Sambir not replying to you doesn't man anything, he probably has more to do than manage this contest. but I hopes he's spent just 5 minutes watching your absurd votes.
Matt, we don't suck only Kevin does :P ... And even then, he only sucks because he offered money in the beginning (which he conveniently wasn't disqualified for) and because he has suspicious and erratic voting spree's.
Kevin you obviously still haven't read my posts properly... I AM ADVERTISING THE OLD FASHION WAY, MY FRIEND IS NOT. He works in the advertising/ marketing world and has found a very good way to get people to vote for me as well as help me continue to get votes on a wide scale. I have been in contact with Sambir and he has yet to question even 1 of my votes. As to the quote you pulled, I told my friends/family to go and vote. They told me they were having everyone in the house vote once... then around the second or third day some of my friends and family said they could only vote once and that not everyone had gotten a chance to vote. So I told them they needed to go and use another computer than the one they already voted from. How is that cheating? I am not voting for myself multiple times nor were they. Everyone wanted to vote for me once and have it count. Is that so wrong of friends and family to want to help me out???
This contest in nonsense! How the hell can a guy like me win....with peoples' votes going up by the thousands...W... T.. F...!? Samantha's an inconsistent liar with no source or proof of votes except for this new Marketing guru who's getting you votes the "old fashioned way" even though the rate of your votes is insane. No old fashioned method would give so many voters the time to hear a sales pitch, get to a pc and vote (if they even decide to). Your votes are nonstop and continuous even through the night. Surely some of your voters sleep!....o that's right programs and machines don't sleep! - You're full of poop and its beyond obvious.
