If you want people to contact their TMRs, put it in the article as a call to action. Unless of course the "Independent" supports the billboard idea and purposefully worded the question this way? Biased? No way, not the "Independent"
Has everyone forgotten how thrilled we all were to get rid of billboards? They are a distraction on the highway. Once you allow billboards again it will end up like before eventually they will be on top of buildings and on every vacant lot. How great is that billboard on Princeton Blvd in Lowell just after Woods Street heading into Lowell! It looks ridiculous in a residential neighborhood. That will happen here in Chelmsford if you allow any back in town. Ask the question: Are you in favor of billboards or not? My answer is NO.
